For Doctors

We understand your business. Derek Zeanah (owner of wellbuiltnetworks) married his wife before she entered medical school, and understands the business as only a spouse can. More directly:

  • We’ve installed Electronic Medical Record systems for physicians working in multiple specialties (Pediatricians, Otolaryngologists, and General Surgeons.) While we haven’t worked with software for every specialty, we’ve learned enough to understand how the various systems tie together and we can help you through the entire process (including talking to the programmers and technical support staff with each of the packages you’re considering in order to help you make a more informed decision).

  • Secure access to your EMR system from home is a Godsend when you get a phone call at 3AM. We’ve done this for multiple clients, and can do the same for you as a bolt-on to your existing network, or as a core component of a new network design.

  • You’ll always receive recommendations that take costs into account. If it doesn’t justify its purchase price by increasing the efficiency of effectiveness of your staff, then we won’t recommend it.

  • HIPPA compliance is considered in every proposal.

Physicians are an interesting case. In our experience medical practices are more likely than any other business to need our help:

  • The existing electronic medical record systems are ‘quirky’ at best, and office staff are often having to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

  • Medical and business records aren’t backed up regularly

  • Computer systems are outdated and inefficient

  • Confidential information isn’t secured in the computer systems

  • Simple tasks are never automated, resulting in staff time wasted performing routine tasks

We know, we’ve seen these situations multiple times. If you’re ready for infrastructure that mostly takes care of itself and actually supports your business, give us a call.
