We don’t sell hardware. Our recommendations are based on your needs, rather than our mark-up.

We don’t sell software. The software we specify is chosen based on its reliability, functionality, cost, security, and appropriateness for your situation. Sometimes the best solution is expensive and proprietary. Other times the obvious choice comes out of the Open Source world. Regardless, we have the skill to find the best solution to your problem.

We don’t bill at an hourly rate unless required to do so. Our goal is to get the problem solved as quickly as possible, and we never drag a project out unnecessarily.

We do stand behind our work. We don’t bill for solutions that aren’t working properly, and we will do what’s required to insure that our solutions meet our standards.

We do build measurable milestones into our proposals, and make payments dependent on successful completion of each milestone. This:

1) Assures our clients that the project is going according to plan, and that it will be completed on-time. The end-goal is always in sight, and progress toward that goal is steady and clear.

3) Helps to build the trust of clients who may have had bad experiences with consultants in the past. No work is paid for that isn’t complete, future work is mapped out clearly, and the cost of the project is known up front.
